This hotel is located at a great place - just a short walk from the central square and all the other attractions. the staff speaks English and is very friendly. the breakfast is delicious and varied, with eggs, sausage, toast, and cereal options. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the private ones even have balconies. the common area is comfortable and there is a common kitchen that guests can use.
The hotel has loud Latin American music playing in the reception area, which can be heard all over the hotel, even in the female dorms. Some staff members refuse to turn the volume down, which can be bothersome who are not used to it.

The hotel has a great location for exploring the city. It's close to all the main attractions and all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a great way to start the day with a variety of options to choose from. , the common areas are comfortable and relaxing where one can meet other travelers for a chat.
The shared bathroom was not very clean and there was often no hot water or lacking pressure. The beds were quite hard and the bedding didn't seem to be washed frequently which made me a bit uneasy.
